What you'll need

  • 50ml Olive Oil
  • 50ml Water
  • 2 Scoops of a Hacker Seasoning (see choices above)

1.  In a bowl or a jug, whisk together the Water, Olive Oil and your Hacker Seasoning to make a marinade.

2.  Mix with your fresh ingredients, cover with a lid or cling film and place in the fridge to marinate.

3.  For best results, leave overnight however you can start cooking after 2 hours.

Hints & Tips

    1. Mix these marinades with any vegetables, cheese, meat or fish.
    2. All our seasonings are vegan and vegetarian friendly.
