Hacker Salsa Dip

Suitable for Vegans, Vegetarians & Pescatarians
250g of Chopped Fresh Tomatoes
1 Small Red Onion Finely Chopped
Juice of 1/2 a Lime
Fresh Coriander (Garnish)
1 Scoop of Hacker No.1 or 4
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl
Then transfer to your dish and serve with tortilla crisps

Hacker Mayo Dip

Golden Garlic Mayonnaise
Suitable for Vegetarians & Pescatarians
 220g of Mayonnaise
1/2 Scoop of Hacker No.1, 2 or 4
Mix the seasoning and mayonnaise together in bowl.
Transfer to your dish and serve with fresh basil leaves.
This mayonnaise can served as a dip, added to sandwiches or especially delicious to dunk your hot chips into!

Hacker White Bean Dip

Golden Garlic White Bean Dip
Suitable for Vegans, Vegetarians & Pescatarians
1 Tin Cannellini Beans (400g) (Rinse Thoroughly)
Juice of 1 Whole Lemon
4 Tablespoons of Olive Oil 
1 Scoop of Hacker No.1, 2, 3 or 4
In a blender add all the ingredients and mix until smooth.
Transfer to your dish and serve with breadsticks or carrot & pepper batons.

Hacker Green Pea Dip

 Five Pepper Fusion & Green Pea Dip
Suitable for Vegans, Vegetarians & Pescatarians
270g Garden Peas
3 tablespoons Olive Oil
Squeeze of Lemon
1/2 Scoop Hacker No 1, 2 or 4
Add all the ingredients to a blender.  Do not overmix as you still want some texture in the peas.
Transfer to your dish and serve with cucumber, carrot and pepper batons.

Hacker Hummus

Hot 'n Smokey Hummus
Suitable for Vegans, Vegetarians & Pescatarians
1 Tin of Chick Peas (400g) (Rinsed)
Juice of Whole Lemon
1 heaped tablespooon of Tahini 
4 Tablespoons of Ice Water
2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
2 Garlic Cloves
1/2 scoop of Hacker No.1, 2, 3 or 4 
Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.  Put in your dish and sprinkle with some seasoning on top and a drizzle of oil to garnish.
Delicious with kebabs, pitta breads, crisps and baton vegetables.
 

Hacker Olive Tapenade

Olive Tapenade Dip
Suitable for Pescatarians
250g of Pitted Black Olives 
35g of Capers 
10g of Anchovies
3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
1/2 Scoop of Hacker No.2, 3 or 4
Place all the ingredients in a blender.  Mix until a coarse texture is reached.
Transfer to your dish and serve with basil as garnish
